Funnel was stuck to the outer gauge due to ice. Water in inner gauge was very near turning to ice as I could see lines dhowing where solidification was sstarting to occur. temp was 36 Deg. F at obs time, but the temp is read underneath the overhang of my home since I do not have a Stevenson screen. I suspect the temperature was a good deal cooler out in the open. |
