Today was sunny and pleasant a little in the warm side though. Last night was one for the record books on the radar it showed a severe thunderstorm headed right toward us from the southwest .NWS even isuued a severe thunderstorm warning for guadalupe county all indications were that we were In for one bad storm! There was a lot of lightning ,here was the wierd thing it started to hail a little bigger than a pea some isolate areas had dime size hail ,it even started to rain heavy to moderate no more than 2 min we looked at the western sky and the moon was out while it was hailing and rainning then in 3 minutes all was over it even stopped lightning and thundering and the stars were out , so we were trying to to figure out what happend to the storm ? even looked on the radar on the computer and it showed the storm right on top of us , went back out and not even a flash of lighning stars and moon was out . Couldnt figure it out . |

Weather is to stay hot and dry over the next week or so this is to be expected just before ,it starts to cool down , My understanding to this pattern is that whats going on is that in the far north its actualy starting to cool down so warm air is forced northward. and vice versa in the late winter where it get really cold just before it starts to warm up .. Hopefully will will get rain so the ground will not dry up to soon .. |
