9/2/2011 5:30 AM T M M M M Storm preps are mostly complete (only need a couple of items). We are under TS warning and forecasted for over a foot of rain w/ this system. Just wait and see know shift east less impact shift west a lot more rain. Overcast and windy this morning.
9/3/2011 6:43 AM 2.37 M M M M Tropical rains off and on all night. Winds have been heavy at times. Some of the area sugar cane crop has been blown down. No flooding or other damage observed. Over cast, light rain with occasionally strong winds.

So more rain and wind expected today from this slowly moving TS. Very minor tree damage (small limbs) and some street flooding due to passing rain bands.
