Bull River has been dropping several inches every day the last week with more significant drops the last two days. The level now is approximately average high water for this date. I am very surprized that the massive snow-pack we had has melted without major flooding. I believe unusually cool nights and the absence of any significant precip. were the decisive factors for gradual melt.
