The rain held off long enough for the work to be finished but not long enough for me to finish spreading the wood chips as landscaping material. There were periods of light to moderate rain during the afternoon with breaks of just dripping until a hard blowing rain early evening followed by more dripping, sprinkles and light rain.

It may have been more appropriate to use the multi-day accumulation report since the rain has never stopped for more than brief periods since it began. The 24th saw mainly steady light rain all day with only very short periods of light drizzle or misting. No heavy rain was noted.
