Press reports of snow in north Scottsdale, Carefree and Fountain Hills noted this morning. I saw nothing of the sort, but I'm complaining that it's getting COLD! (Yes, I'm a wuss on weather; our northern friends may rightfully snicker at us...) My overnight low was 36...and I'm taking precautions to protect the garden from frost and freezing the next few nights.

This is the most rain I've ever recorded since becoming a CoCoRaHs volunteer about four years ago. (And I had to water the garden BEFORE the rains hit...sheesh!) The storm lasted about 90 minutes late yesterday afternoon.
