Snow accumulation is very patchy, with maximum accumulation on surfaces of rapid cooling (car roofs) or low specific heat (all vegetation, a Trex deck) and minimum to no accumulation on surfaces of higher specific heat (those pavements, bare ground, etc.) Air temperature at head height is barely above freezing close to our house. Visually, it's a winter wonderland.
