Precip amount is exact. Snow started @ 10:21am and gradually became heavier = 0.4" @ 1pm, and no longer snowing, but snow grains falling (27F). Some freezing rain between 1pm and 3:15pm evidenced by light glaze on car windows, plus another 0.1" accumulation. N. gusty winds blowing snow off of roofs, trees, etc. for a couple of hours with snow grains falling, then snow started again after dark. Had a T of rain yesterday from time to time. All the accumulation was overnight and this morning. Raining at the catch, so waited for it to quit. Still have some mountain snow runoff, but it's much less than earlier in the year. |
