Heated up quickly to high of 92 by midday. Then afternoon clouds and some thunder early afternoon and a few sprinkles. Clearing during the evening but clouded up again before sunrise. Light rain and drizzle continued Friday AM until about 10:30 AM First patches of blue sky around 1 PM and then gradual clearing and warmer with high 74F -- sun felt great. No problems here but most bridges over the Poudre River in and near Fort Collins were closed much of the day due to high water. Storm total 4.11" here at the station but more in many directions. Broken clouds -- mostly mid and high clouds this AM. Evidence of trace of rain overnight. |
