The low so far this morning is 77. Three showers moved through the area yesterday. The first started at 7:10 AM and lasted until 7:20 AM. It produced moderate rainfall, but only for a few minutes. The second shower started at 4:47 PM and produced moderate rain from 5:03 PM until 5:18 PM; light rain continued until 5:23 PM. The strongest shower started at 11:59 PM and continued until about 1:20 AM. It produced fairly heavy rain from about 12:05 AM until about 12:50 AM. Light rain continued until about 1:20 AM. No lightening was observed or thunder heard during any of the showers.

It started with clear sky lightening and proceeded to produced rainfall rates of over 12 inches/hr for a brief time. There was also wind that gusted to around 30 mph. Luckily, the storm lasted only about an hour and was really intense for only a few minutes.

The first started at 4:16 PM and produced mostly light rain, except for a brief period of moderate rain between 4:20 PM and 4:24 PM. After that, drizzle continued until 4:50 PM. No lightening as observed; however, some distant thunder was heard during this time. A second shower started at 6:00 PM and almost immediately began producing very heavy rain. The heavy rain continued for 14 minutes and produced a catch of about 0.75” during that time. The heavy rain was accompanied by some lightening, but not a great deal. Light rain and drizzle continued until 6:31 PM.

Conditions made for a rather sleepless night with copious lightening, thunder, and gusty winds all night long.

An intense, fast moving thundershower passed through and rain started at 5:48 PM. Rainfall rates became very high almost immediately, but lasted for only 12 minutes. The rain was accompanied by gusty winds and copious lightening. In the 10 minutes form 5:49 until 5:59 PM over 0.60 inches of rain fell. The heavy rain and lightening subsided and was followed by light rain and drizzle until 7:14 PM.

A lot of lightening was seen and thunder heard yesterday evening as a strong thunderstorm passed by to the north, heading west into the Gulf, but no rain fell at this location.

The low so far this morning is 78. An intense, fast-moving line of showers passed through the area yesterday afternoon. The showers were accompanied by quite a bit of lightening and strong, gusty winds. Wind gusts up to 47 mph were recorded. Heavy rain didn’t last very long, but light rain and drizzle continued for about an hour and a half.

The low so far this morning is 77. A huge area of rain moved through the area yesterday afternoon. Quite a bit of thunder was heard and some lightening was observed in the early afternoon as a strong shower passed to the south of this location, but all we got was light rain and drizzle. Even though the rain was moving quickly to the west, it still rained for over three and a half hours.

The low so far this morning is 75. Rain fell from early afternoon until early evening yesterday. There were two periods of heavy rain with light rain before, after, and in between. There was a considerable amount of lightening and thunder associated with the heavier downpours.

A fairly strong shower passed through the area yesterday afternoon and produced moderate to heavy rain for almost an hour, then light rain and drizzle fell for an additional hour and a half. There was lightening and thunder associated with the heavier downpours.

A fairly strong shower passed through the area yesterday afternoon and produced moderate to heavy rain followed by light rain and drizzle. There was quite a bit of very nearby lightening during the period of heavy rain.

The low so far this morning is 77. Yesterday evening there were a few small, light showers lingering around the coast. Although I didn’t see it, it appears that one of these showers passed over the area sometime during the overnight hours and left a trace of rain in the gauge.

Rain started falling about 6:30 AM and continued until shortly after 7:00 AM. No thunder was heard or lightening observed.

The low so far this morning is 76. Moderate rain was falling yesterday at 7:00AM when the gauge was emptied, but soon turned to light rain and stopped before 7:30 AM. There was a break in the action until just after noon when heavy rain started up again. The heaviest rain occurred between about 1:15 and 1:45 PM, but light to moderate rain continued with only a few brief intermissions until just after 4:00 PM. Light to moderate rain resumed again around 8:45 PM and continued off and on until about 5:30 this morning. There was some lightening associated with the heavier showers.

The low yesterday was 76 and the high was 84. The low so far this morning is 76. A small, light shower passed over the area starting at 7:25 yesterday morning but it didn’t last long. After that, there was a break in the action until 2:25 PM when heavy rain started. The heaviest rain occurred between about 2:44 and 3:30 PM, but light to moderate rain continued with only a few brief intermissions until 9:02 PM. Light to moderate rain resumed around 6:30 this morning. There was a lot of house shaking thunder yesterday afternoon and there was lightening associated with the heavier showers.

The low so far this morning is 75. Rain started falling just after 8:00 yesterday morning and continued almost without interruption until about 4:00 in the afternoon. The rain was mostly light with some periods of moderate intensity. Some thunder was heard, but no lightening was observed. Another light, brief shower passed through the area around 10:00 PM, but didn’t add much to the total catch.

The low so far this morning is 76. Two widely separated showers washed in from the Gulf yesterday. The first shower stared at around 7:30 in the morning and the second didn’t get here until around 1:30 in the afternoon. Both showers were fast moving and produced briefly moderate, but mostly light rainfall. Some thunder was heard, but no lightening was observed.
