Where there is standing water there is ice frozen solid but the Bay water is not frozen on the edges. The beach sand is crucnhy when walking on it and the clam shells that are holding water are frozen solid. I have a picture of what appears to be a jellyfish frozen solid in the sand near the Ocean's edge. Lots of little crabs and horseshoe crabs frozen in the wash.
