5/27/2013 7:45 PM 0.00 0.0 M M M Beautiful day with some clouds in the afternoon. Did hear thunder all afternoon but the really dark clous appeared to be in the northeast of me. Yesterday pm a couple of "squalls" blew through with a total of about 2 inches of rain. I did hear they had hail in Harper Coulee and had to use a snow plow to clear the roads out there. I also hear there was some flooding around the burned areas (Aspen Rd for one).

5/31/2013 3:00 PM 0.60 M M M M Eureka! Found the decimal point on my rain guage so my readings should make more sense. It has been raining continuously sometimes just a drizzle occasionally a little harder but constant. It is not flooding where I am but there are many very large puddles!

It was a beautiful day yesterday and also today (until now (5:45pm) The dark clouds moved in about 5:30pm with some wind and it has now started sprinkling.

6/12/2013 7:30 AM 0.30 M M M M Thunder and ligntening and rain, OH MY! The clouds moved in early afternoon with thunder and lightening starting around 3:30pm. The rain was the fattest, heaviest raindrops I've ever seen. After an hour or so, it tapered off to a more gentle"normal" rain.

Thunder literally shook the house and lightening lit up the entire sky. The rain came "crashing" down. This all lasted about 45 minutes and started around 10:30pm last night.

7/5/2013 7:30 AM 0.16 M M M M The precipitation was from a fairly strong storm that blew through Roundup yesterday (July 4) around 3pm. There was thunder, lightening and a few moments of heavy rain. It cooled off considerably during the storm but within 15 minutes after the storm it became hot and humid again.
8/13/2013 7:20 AM 0.54 M M M M Quite a storm went through here last night starting about 6:30pm - lightening, thunder, pellet size hail and rain. Think it stopped around midnight but I could still see lightening and hear thunder to the East of me.
9/6/2013 7:30 AM 0.55 M M M M A little storm pasted through Roundup, MT yesterday about 4;30pm. The rainfall was 0.05 inches. Last night about midnight a spectular lightning show with thunder lasted about an hour. The rainfall brought another 0.50 inches to my rain guage.

The wind became furious and the heavy rain began around 7:45pm with pea sized hail. After about 1/2 hour the hail increased in size to at least quarter sized hail with some as large as 50 cent pieces. this morning it is beautiful - sunny with blueskies!
