Had sleet around 3-4 pm which didn't accumulate. Then, had a period of heavier sleet which marked the leading edge of the main batch of precip. This sleet occurred from 5-5:15 pm and accumulated immediately before changing to snow. Snow continued, moderately at times, until sometime between 9:45 and 10:45 pm, when it mixed with/changed to freezing rain. Measured 2.1" at 7:45 pm and 2.8" at 10:45 pm. Also measured a trace of ice from freezing rain at around 1 am. The precip has stopped at observation time, current temp 34. High 35, Low 27. You're welcome, Sam. |
