Could not measure total snowfall, as much of it melted during the rain, in the afternoon. Streets had some flooding due to snow piles obstructing the drains.

Much later at night, and into this morning, another 2.3 inches of snow fell. I collected all of it, and it's represented by the SWE above. No melted core value of new snowfall could be obtained because the new snow mixed with rain, and hence it's not reported in the box below. But the total rain and melted snow reported is accurate.
