On radar last evening our area here in NW Fresno was in a dry slot; heavy rain to either side of a narrow wind caused band (north to south). Heaviest rain here after 11pm and this morning. Recorded a 28 mph gust around 6pm. Over 300 hundred lightning strikes recorded (equipment went off line with a couple of the black outs). Plants this morning all yelling -"YEAH, ALL RIGHT".
