After a pleasant overnight low of 74°, daybreak brought the look of uncertainty again, with more clouds than sunshine, moderate warming breezy air, and uncertain weather on the horizon over the south bay waters, noon-time brought brief clearing, early afternoon brought back the look and sensation of more uncertainty of the tropical storm remnants south of here at my South Tampa location today…all the while new storm activity in the Atlantic Ocean is already being reported today…adding to tropical storm fatigue for those of us who are most affected today. Rainfall note: With the addition of yesterday’s .54” of rainfall at my location, I have now recorded a record 19.1” of rainfall at my South Tampa location, breaking Tampa’s official 1949 18.59” record for rainfall.
