The wetlands right in front of our house are at a low level and the water is green. The geese and ducks are back. The area in front of our house is a designated wildlife refuge and is divided from the river by mud bars and small islands with lots of trees.

9/16/2016 7:00 AM T M M M M The above rain started about 5 minutes before I emptied the gauge at 7. There were rain drops on the gauge but nothing inside the gauge.
9/17/2016 7:00 AM 0.52 M M M M Yesterday am (9/16) It was sprinkling when I emptied the gauge at 7 am. It then started to rain a little heavier until around 10 am. It cleared off and started raining again around 3 pm and rained very hard for about 30 minutes. By 3:50 it was light rain and cleared off around 4pm. around 7:15 it started to sprinkle and the sun was shining in the west. There was a very long rainbow in the sky. It was beautiful.
