NOTE: I've reduced my snow depth to "0" but that may not be a true indication of snow pack in this area. In areas of good drainage (golf course greens & fairways, there is still a lot of snow cover.

Another .2 inch of ice pellets had accumulated by 8pm and had basically stopped. Overnight the precipitation had changed to freezing rain mixed with ice pellets for an additional .4 inch of accumulation. It is for the most part rain at observation with ice freezing on the trees. It is 30°.

The temperature got to 43° which caused a lot of melting of the snow so now we have what looks and feels like jello on the ground. It stayed above freezing all night with a temperature of 36° and a cloudy sky at observation.

It then became partly cloudy and eventually getting the temperature into the mid 50s for a high. At 11pm last night, the temperature had dipped into the low 30s and it appeared we were heading for another freeze but sometime during the night the temperature increased to a reporting temperature this morning of 56°.
