Between 16:00 and 18:00 yesterday, we had had 0.15" of rain showers. At 22:01 last evening we were greeted with a very loud clap of thunder followed by steady but rather heavy rain until around 22:37 at which time it diminished to almost nothing overnight. As of report time this morning, the rain track appears on radar to be east of Kane Co., over Cook, DuPage and Will counties and moving out over the lake toward the north/northeast. |
