The tree limbs are covered with ice and have glistening droplets hanging all over. The sidewalks and driveways are covered with ice with a sheet of water over everything. 3/1/2017 7:51 AM 1.30 0.0 M M M The storm came in several series. Unfortunately I didn't time them. The storms were moving generally in an eastern direction following route 6. We are located about 6 miles south of Lake Michigan. We often a shear line of extreme winds alone rt. 6 lasting for about 10 miles. More often than not, the storms seem to be pulled up into lake Michigan where the lose their vigor and quickly calm down. This phenomenum occurred again last night. The fog is restricting vision to 3/4 of a mile at the present time.
