We went to the Whitley County EOC about 2pm to monitor the radio equipment & weather data on various applications. We shut down the EOC around 8pm. Rain came in waves with some areas very little and in less that a mile it would be raining hard driving through the patches coming home from Columbia City to our Whitley County road 500N - approximately 5 miles north of town. This Saturday morning snow fall did not quite cover the deck or sidewalk - no accumulation.
