I am not sure how to reconcile "New Snowfall". I shoved my ruler into the ice crust and got a measurement..and melted a cre I got from it...but..it's not "snow" its more like an ice crust...maybe disregard my "NewSnow" data and just go with Rain and Melted Snow measurement...not sure...
