We were helpless in ND as we heard of voluntary evacuations on our street due to the rising Lackawanna River. Many, many folks in town had flooded basements, including us. Our wonderful neighbors pumped out our basement. It brought back fears of the Tropical Storm Lee flood in Sept. 2011 which left us with 7ft of water on our 1st floor.
