Heavy clouds developed around 4 PM and it snowed quite heavily for about an hour. About 10 PM the wind began to blow and a storm developed with very high winds and blowing snow. These high winds made accurate snow measurement difficult as we have bare areas, 3 inches, and in places 0.5 inch of snow. The high winds continues to blow until about 1 AM. This morning ii is clear and bright with very icy streets. |

Yesterday a late afternoon storm blew through with strong winds and rain with a duration of five to ten minutes. Later in the evening we could hear thunder all around and it rained again this time a nice rain fell with no wind. |
