So close yet so far as the rain missed again with only a trace 3 out of the last 4 days. It's been unseasonably dry this month with only ~1.20" registered & normal is ~4.00". This is due to Hurricane Dorian & now Tropical Storm Humberto passing just to the east of Florida which puts on the "drier" side of the storm on Northeast to Northwest winds. Wow we actually got a trace of rain late yesterday as the West Coast seabreeze collided with the East Coast seabreeze. It's a shame the mid & upper layers of the atmosphere were bone dry for this time of year or we would have had some decent rain fall. For today hot & humid with a slight chance of showers (<20%).
