Sleet had fallen prior to daybreak (small amount of accumulation on the roof and elevated surfaces) with changeover to light snow occurring at 7am. Snowfall increased in intensity with large flakes coming down and light accumulation on most surfaces happening within 30 minutes. Only 0.1" measured at time of observation but more snow to come.

Mixed precip for a bit then with sleet/snow/frzg rain all falling. Changed over to all moderate snow again during late morning and eventually back to frzg rain and then rain as temps warmed. Rain continued to fall lightly on and off during the evening and overnight.
