Very strong winds 40-50 mph led to uneven distribution of snow; however, 2-inches is estimated to have fallen - measured in areas protected from the wind. The wind-driven snow also did not accumulate much in the gauge, thus giving a low melted core value. Winds have let-up some this morning but still gusty over 30mph.
