They saw the short path to the the snowboard - a flat, open, slick surface (if you have fur covered toes, at least). So they were apparently sliding across the expanse of the snow board (freshly painted this past fall, so nothing to catch you toes or bottoms on) ***the snowbank on the other side was destroyed by what looked like dozens of basketball sized hits to it,all at the same height; just above the ankle. With a running hop, hit the board, the ears gain air, end of the board and you're up in the air for about 4ft and flumpf into the large snowbank (was 14ft wide, 12 ft high - the Northern Wall. Then the bunnies hit! LOL)
