if it rained at all, it froze, there were a few ice spots in the gage and I cleaned it out yesterday so maybe some water moisture stayed in the gage or something, I don't know, either that or rain actually did fall but froze. It was not sleet though, the ice feels different when its sleet, that was not sleet but frozen liquid.
I think I ended up checking another spot on the ground this morning, I had to take a few readings, the one was like 0.4 and I just happened to check another spot and it said 1.0. |

I believe the 0.13 put in the rain field may actually be melted snow, I'll explain, when I got out to the gage this morning, there was no snow on the ground, just a trace on the board not even much snow actually, more like little pieces of snow and ice mix.
