We had some winds in the 30s come through in the evening, but no snow. Currently calm, clear and 30 degrees F. Lots of stars... EDIT: Okay. I goofed. Heading down the drive at 0630, I could see we had a skiff of snow. No indication of it in the gauge, on the apron, paths or stoop. Less than .1 inch. Down on the county road to Milford, the snow got a little deeper. Maybe as much as .1 and then perhaps .2 near the highway. Don't know if this is helpful. sorry. |

Wind is up ! Winds were blowing through before 0500. At 0530: "sustained" winds of 15-25, highest gust 40.1 mph, temp 45 degrees F. At observation time: 42 degrees F, winds 25-35, highest gust 46.6. Looked at the Lander airport history and it's WAY different. Makes me smile with what the local mountains and valleys provide. |

Measurements are so very averaged. The snow was redistributed in the night. (Highest gust 43.5 mph.) Some areas are bare, some drifted up, sun cups, wind cups... ANYway, I measured a variety of depths and chose an area with 4" of snow to core. We definitely still have good snow cover; it's just difficult to tell how much. It's 32.8 degrees F, 0-22 mph of breeze, snow just starting to blow in, clear to the east and quite snowy to the west. Lousy report, but seems to be the best I can come up with. |

Hot and a little breezy late in the afternoon. It was 93 degrees F around 1800, with interesting clouds and almost evening light. Then it got windy and the temperature dropped to 82 within 30 minutes, so there was no whining.
