Register on-line is available through Monday, May 15th.  

On-site registration

We will be open for registration during the mornings of the conference at the meeting.

We urge you to register by April 15th to receive the $170 rate (after April 17th the late registration rate is $190). Virtual Registration is $95 ($115 after April 15th).

Accommodations and Dining

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Central Lodges at the

YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado. To receive these special rates, attendees must request a room under WERA by April 15, 2023.  Room rates include three meals per day and use of many facilities. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging reservations.  For more information visit our “Lodging Page”.

Dining Hours

This year’s meals will once again take place in the YMCA’s private “Walnut Dining Room”. Meals are limited to those staying at the YMCA of the Rockies. For those staying outside the YMCA meals are available for purchase, but should be arranged before the meeting with Henry Reges. Dining hours are as follows:

Breakfast        7:00-9:00AM

Lunch             11:30AM-1:30PM

Dinner             5:00-7:00PM

Ground Transportation

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle transportation from Denver International Airport (DIA) is available for $65 one way ($115 round trip) from Estes Park Shuttle.  Advance reservations are necessary.  For more information visit their web site at: www.estesparkshuttle.com or contact the shuttle directly at 970-586-5151 to inquire or reserve this service.

Rental Cars

Rental Cars are available at Denver International Airport.  Distance from DIA to the YMCA of the Rockies is approximately 80 miles and a driving time of two hours should be anticipated.

Other

YMCA of the Rockies Facilities Fee

For those not lodging at the YMCA of the Rockies, the YMCA requires a $12 non-negotiable per day, per person conference attendence fee for those attending any meetings held at the YMCA of the Rockies facility.  This fee will be collected at the conference.

Special Needs

It is our sincere desire to comply fully with both the letter and the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Attendees with special needs should call the Colorado Climate Center at (970) 491-1196, four to six weeks prior to the meeting to request special arrangements.
